Benjamin Wilms

Benjamin is a developer and software architect at heart, with 20 years of experience. He worked at TNT Express and later as an IT Consultant for Bluecarat before joining codecentric AG. That was five years ago, and in that time, he fell in love with Chaos Engineering. Benjamin now spreads his enthusiasm and new knowledge as a speaker and author – especially in the field of chaos and resilience engineering. For example, he founded and participated in the open-source project Chaos Monkey for Spring boot, which received 700 stars on GitHub and more than 800 monthly downloads. Benjamin believes that Chaos Engineering is just a means to an end towards establishing a Culture of Resilience. One thing he does to relax his mind is to push his body while shredding MTB trails.
